Preparatory Academy Application Procedures
These guidelines have been provided to help you through the application process. If you should have any questions, please call the Admissions Office at (910) 433-3036. To be considered as a prospective student at
HPA, the applicant should: 1. Submit the completed application documents & a nonrefundable, nontransferable $125.00 application fee to
Harvest Preparatory Academy. 2. Provide the
Academy with an original birth certificate for review and then a copy will be placed on file. 3. All students must provide the Academy with a current North Carolina immunization form. 4. Complete, sign, and distribute the teacher recommendation forms. Teacher recommendations are not to accompany the application. These come directly from the current school. 5. Complete and sign the authorization to release records from the applicant’s current school. Request all former school records, including reports card and standardized testing, to be sent to: Office of Admissions

Textbooks Textbooks will be available for purchase from the school. The textbook
cost is included in the resource fee. Books must be purchased by
grade level and according to course description.
