TUITION

 

2008-2009 TUITION Rates & Payment Plan

A nonrefundable, nontransferable application fee and registration fee of $125.00 each are all due with all new student enrollment applications. If accepted, a nonrefundable, nontransferable tuition deposit and testing fee for your child will be required to complete the registration process.

 

New Policy: No Reimbursement will be given on books or monthly tuition in the event of a withdrawal.

 

Tuition is based on 10 equal payments beginning August 1, 2008 and

ending on May 1, 2009.

There is a $35.00 return check fee applied to all returned checks.  In addition late fees will be added daily.  Once you have written one returned check to the Academy your future payments will only be accepted in the form of cash, money order, or cashier's check.

All fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

 

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee will be added to all unpaid accounts  (no exceptions).  Students may not return to school until the balance is paid in full (no exceptions). Teachers no longer accept tuition or lunch monies in the classroom. Parents must make payments in the front office or payments may be put in an envelope and placed in the Business Office drop box.

 

Lunch Costs:

$3.00 for a hot meal prepared on site daily

$0.75 for juice or milk

The Drop In program is for parent pick-up delays and emergency situations only.

 

You will be given the opportunity to change programs twice each school year:

1. Fourteen (14) days after school has opened.

2. The week before Christmas break.

Other changes will be considered on an individual basis. Payments are due by the 15th of each month.  Thereafter, a $30.00 late fee will accrue weekly.

 

When enrolling your child it is for the entire year, therefore budgets and teacher contracts are set accordingly. The early withdrawal of a student will create an opening, which HPA may not be able to fill with a viable candidate. Students who withdraw anytime between July 1, 2008 and May 31, 2009, will be assessed a $500.00 withdrawal fee. Official transcripts, report cards, and records will not be released or sent to other schools with any outstanding balance including the withdrawal fee remaining due to HPA.

 

The WITHDRAWAL FEE is $500.00 per student Pre-K-6th Grade (no exceptions).
